The sub-titles of several sections in Chapter 2 are sticking to the boxes above the sub-titles name. For example -

	- 2.2.1. hammer activation-key add-host-collection

	- 2.3.1. hammer admin logging	

	- 2.4.1. hammer ansible roles

	- 2.4.1.1. hammer ansible roles delete

There are many such messed up entries in the Chapter 2. Reference section. Please correct those as well.
