qcad has a parts library as an addon package (various images of parts that can
be used in a drawring).

The zip file has no info about license also no info on the site.

To install the files just extract the zip file and copy the contents of the
folder partlibrary-2.0.1.2-1 in to /usr/share/qcad/library (nothing else is
needed so as to accessibele from the application)

Also there is documentation in other languages than English (German, Czech,
Hungarian).

I am of course aware of this. However should probably go into new package and
would need to pass the Fedora Extras review process. So someone needs to file a
request for review.
