This issue is reproducible on 6.13.0 Snap 12.0 and with rubygem-foreman_leapp-0.1.13-1.el8sat.noarch

Test steps:
1. Run Leapp preupgrade job
2. Wait until job is finished and report is loaded
3. Go to Monitor > Jobs, on Job invocations page click on the latest job link (ex- Upgradeability check for rhel host)
4. Switch to tab "Leapp preupgrade report"

Test result:
No any report present on page, only a below message is showing
"No Preupgrade Report Available
The preupgrade report could not be generated, check the job details for the reason"
