Description Stefan Dietrich 2023-02-09 11:21:27 UTC
Description of problem:

heimdal is currently not available in EPEL-9, but for the older releases EPEL-7 & EPEL-8.

Would it be possible to make it available for EPEL-9 as well?

Comment 1 Stefan Dietrich 2023-02-28 19:00:11 UTC
Please excuse, I only found now the template for EPEL package requests and adjusted the bug title.

Will you be able to branch and build heimdal in EPEL9?

Comment 2 Alexander Boström 2023-03-06 15:01:48 UTC
I intend to build heimdal for EPEL 9, but I would like to avoid adding another LTS branch until bug 1565954 is resolved (which will probably require changing the filesystem layout of the package).
