This is not the right place for package requests. If you want LibreWolf packaged, you will either need to do it yourself: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/New_Package_Process_for_New_Contributors/

Alternatively, you will need to find another contributor who would also be interested in having LibreWolf packaged in Fedora.
