Verify the post-upgrade state of the system as described in Verifying the post-upgrade state of the RHEL 8 system in the Upgrading from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8 guide and complete any remaining post-upgrade steps described in Performing post-upgrade tasks in the same guide.

Describe the issue:
As BZ - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2163789 is closed now and we want our customers to follow the post-upgrade steps in the documentation without fail. Hence, I'm opening this document Bug to rephrase or re-wording point # 11. We need to inform the customers that post upgrades steps are very crucial and those should be followed anyways.

Suggestions for improvement: 
 - Emphasize the post-upgrade tasks important in point # 11.
 - If we have 2 subpoints under point # 11 for post-upgrade steps:
   i) Verifying the post-upgrade state of the RHEL 8 system
   ii) Complete post-upgrade steps described in Performing post-upgrade tasks

 - The purpose of this bug is to highlight the importance of the post-upgrade steps in the documentation.
