Description of problem:
I have found nheko package provides bundled(cpp-httplib). Please try to use cpp-httplib-devel shared package instead of internal copy of library.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf repoquery --whatprovides 'bundled(cpp-httplib)'

Actual results:
nheko-0:0.11.1-1.fc36.x86_64
nheko-0:0.9.3-1.fc36.x86_64

Expected results:
empty

Additional info:
the library has not small testsuite, which makes sure the library is working. Fedora packages should use tested version if possible, even though default mode of library is to produce include only library.
