Description of problem:
It seems there is unhandled exception upon receiving SIGHUP.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send SIGHUP to the TuneD daemon
2. Check TuneD logs

Actual results:
ERROR    tuned.units.manager: BUG: Unhandled exception in destroy_all: 'Instance' object has no attribute '_evlist' 

Expected results:
No error, configuration reload.
