tomboy-ng - The currently active manifestation of Tomboy, Linux,
Windows and Mac OSX, download install kits from Github.

Tomboy's last commit was
https://github.com/tomboy-notes/tomboy/commit/e7a27fbe4589b7190f95bacb3b073ac2e17ff455
back in January 2018 and efforts have instead switched to tomboy-ng located at https://github.com/tomboy-notes/tomboy-ng (homepage https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Tomboy/tomboy-ng). 

It would be nice if tomboy were deprecated/removed/retired and work
instead done to maintain a fedora port of tomboy-ng.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
