Comment 1 Gwyn Ciesla 2023-02-23 18:58:28 UTC
cvtracker is shipped in gst-plugins bad but gstreamer1-plugins-bad-freeworld in rpmfusion doesn't ship it. I've requested that:
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6585

Librosa's current version has lots of dependencies. Investigating.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
