Describe the issue:
 - Include a section for chrony as a Prerequisites for RHCS 5 installation

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
 - Current RHCS 5 installation guide doesn't contain a section for time synchronization. For distributed storage, time synchronization is very important.  So include a section for chrony as a Prerequisites for RHCS 5 installation. 

Suggestions for improvement:
 - Update the Prerequisites section of RHCS 5(Chapter 2. Red Hat Ceph Storage considerations and recommendations).
