golang-github-genuinetools-pkg failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f38

Please fix golang-github-genuinetools-pkg at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to

golang-github-genuinetools-pkg will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 39,
golang-github-genuinetools-pkg will be retired, if it still fails to build.
