Please fix lammps at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
lammps will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 39,
lammps will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Currently blocked because OpenMPI test runs fail. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2142304
