Description of problem:
Repos  validations fails with ansible syntax error ` Unsupported parameters for (ansible.legacy.command                                                                                                   module: warn. Supported parameters include: stdin, chdir, stdin_add_newline, argv, removes, executable, strip_empty_ends, _uses_shell, creates, _raw_params.`

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy overcloud
2.Run validations after overcloud deployment conmpletes `openstack tripleo validator run --validation repos --inventory /home/stack/overcloud-deploy/qe-Cloud-0/config-download/qe-Cloud-0/tripleo-ansible-inventory.yaml `

Actual results:
Unsupported parameters for (ansible.legacy.command                                                                                                   module: warn. Supported parameters include: stdin, chdir, stdin_add_newline, argv, removes, executable, strip_empty_ends, _uses_shell, creates, _raw_params.

Expected results:
Validations returns correct result of repos validations.
