Description of problem:
In column `Action(s)` there are letters describing actions but not always people could guess correctly what it re-presence specially when other language is used. Please document actions names and a single letter form.

In column `Altered` there are numbers and optionally symbols.The symbols are not documented anywhere therefore no one can guess what `<`, `>`, `E`, `EE`, or `#` means.

Please document the output in DNF man pages.

Please check the code of history command for all letters and additional symbols that could be in output and document them also.
