Description of problem:

We would like to upgrade Plasma 5.27.1 on Fedora 38. Plasma has a good track record on bugfix releases and this potentially fixes a few issues.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 38-beta by Fedora user marcdeop using the blocker tracking app because:

 We would like to upgrade all Plasma related packages to version 5.27.1 as it brings many bug fixes to the whole KDE Desktop experience.

KDE Plasma has a good track record of stability in bugfix releases.

Please submit the Plasma update to Bodhi as soon as possible, so that we can gather enough feedback through updates-testing.
