Description of problem:

There's currently no build for epel9.  Perhaps you could add it for 0.31, and update rawhide to that.  I guess it's too incompatible to update epel7/8.
There are example builds at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/loveshack/livhpc/package/charliecloud/ if that helps.

Dave,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. 0.32, which brings some nice improvements, will be released soon. I intent to update the existing package then and add epel9.
