Our python3.11-scipy that is about to be shipped has version 1.10.0.
A bugfix release 1.10.1 was recently released upstream containing a lot of useful fixes:

Due to the amount of bug fixes, it would be great to ship this bugfix release to the customers as soon as possible.

The rebase has been reviewed and the MR merged.
