Description of problem:
I have installed kmail. I wanted to run it but I get an error:
kmail: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libKF5TemplateParser.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZNK19KIdentityManagement9Signature7rawTextEPb

I don't have KDE environment and all KDE packages. I would like have ony kmail package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Version: 21.08.3-1.el8 (build from aarch86 if it's important)

How reproducible:
1. Run install kmail - example dnf install kmail
2. Exec kmail

Actual results:
$ kmail
kmail: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libKF5TemplateParser.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZNK19KIdentityManagement9Signature7rawTextEPb


Expected results:
Working program :)
