Description Need Real Name 2006-11-26 16:35:25 UTC
Description of problem:

kppp dialer does not work, even though it is set up just like dialer setup in
fc5, which does work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible: fresh install of fc6, not upgrading fc5

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fresh install of fc6 directly onto hardware or into a virtual machine
2.
3.

Actual results: dialer doesn't work. Hangs at init stage. As well, the query
modem results panel does not show any results (this works in fc5).

Expected results: expect dialer results to be shown, and expect dialer to connect.

Additional info: the dialer worked properly in fc5.
