Describe the issue:
From RHCS 5.1 onwards, in the installation guide or Operation guide there is no section for a pre-created LVM OSD deployment scenario similar to what is available in RHCS 4.

However, due to a  bug pre-created LVM for OSD deployment is not supported in RHCS 5.0 and supported in subsequent versions starting RHCS 5.1 is mentioned in our installation but no details for the example scenario. Hence, causes confusion if this pre-created LVM for OSD deployment is supported or not when we directly look at the Operations guide or installation for adding OSDs,

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish: 

Confirm if the pre-created LVM scenario is supported in the subsequent version after RHCS 5.0 starts RHCS 5.1? If yes, an example scenario should be present in both the installation and operations guides.
