Describe the issue:
 After upgrading from RHCS 4 to RHCS 5, "require_min_compat_client" will be set as jewel instead of luminous. In the upgrade document, its not mentioned to change it to luminous.

Suggestions for improvement:
 Include the section to change require_min_compat_client to luminous after cephadm adoption.

Additional information:

After upgrading from RHCS 4 to RHCS 5, "ceph balancer mode will keep  "upmap" (default mode) But it won't  work efficiently since "require_min_compat_client" is set as jewel instead of luminous.

Impact:
 - To work upmap efficiently, require_min_compat_client should be in luminous.
 - Otherwise ceph dashboard will report CephPGImbalance alert.
