This part should be updated, as on Satellite-6.11+ at least the base can be RHEL8 and we already have RHEL9 for clients, while  RHEL7 will be going EoL soon.

Section 3.1 Registering Hosts already describes synchronizing RHEL 8 repositories, not RHEL 7 repositories. It looks like this section has already been updated.

This is the commit that updated the RHEL repository version for versions 6.12 and later: https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-documentation/commit/59da6e4b20

I believe that means we can consider this BZ resolved.
