Create a space for v1alpha1 to alpha2 upgrade,
as IBM fusion 2.4 has released an alpha1 CRD that
is slightly different than current alpha1.

This commit hence unconditionally moves VRG resource to alpha2, thereby creating space for a webhook based version conversion oppertunity for the Fusion product stream in 2.5, and in ramen upstream.

Pushing this to 4.12.2, Eran will check if there are actual customers impacted by this.
In any case, this can wait till 4.12.2

This will NOT be done as we have released 4.12.1 with the current alpha1 version of the CRD. Fusion upgrade has been worked out separately as a manual/scripted process to alleviate the inconsistency due to the same.

Closing this as WONTFIX as a result.
