Description of problem:


We would like to upgrade Plasma 5.27.2 on Fedora 38. Plasma has a good track record on bugfix releases and this potentially fixes a few issues.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 38-beta by Fedora user marcdeop using the blocker tracking app because:

 We would like to upgrade Plasma 5.27.2 on Fedora 38. Plasma has a good track record on bugfix releases and this potentially fixes a few issues.
