singularity-ce does not use the containerd package to launch containers. It is imported for OCI registry reference handling, and cgroups functionality. The vulnerable flow in containerd code is not used.

Additionally, singularity-ce 3.11.5 is now using github.com/containerd/containerd v1.7.6 in which the fix is present.
