We need to update hardcoded list of repositories for Recommended Repositories page to show Satellite 6.13 specific repos like: 

Satellite/Capsule 6.13
Maintenance 6.13 
Satellite utils 6.13

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/36158 has been resolved.
