--- Additional comment from RHEL Program Management on 2023-03-03 08:32:35 UTC ---

This bug having no release flag set previously, is now set with release flag 'odf‑4.13.0' to '?', and so is being proposed to be fixed at the ODF 4.13.0 release. Note that the 3 Acks (pm_ack, devel_ack, qa_ack), if any previously set while release flag was missing, have now been reset since the Acks are to be set against a release flag.

--- Additional comment from umanga on 2023-03-03 08:51:40 UTC ---

SkipRange annotation is missing on multicluster operator CSV due to which upgrades from 4.12.0 to 4.12.1 or 4.12.z to 4.13.0 won't work.
This is a regression in 4.12 and 4.13. Adding devel_ack+.

This bug report has Keywords: Regression or TestBlocker.
Since no regressions or test blockers are allowed between releases, it is also being proposed as a blocker for this release. Please resolve ASAP.

Comment 4 Mudit Agarwal 2023-03-20 09:37:26 UTC
We have some issue with bot, if you have both devel and qe ack then go ahead and merge the PR

Comment 5 umanga 2023-03-20 11:35:15 UTC
Change merged, should be available in next build.

Comment 9 umanga 2023-03-27 11:15:18 UTC
Fixed in 4.12.2-2.
