Description of problem:
After installing the /usr/bin/pdfcrop tool (texlive-pdfcrop rpm) running it fails due missing pdftext binary.

[sharkcz@tyan-openpower-01 ~]$ pdfcrop --margins 36 Brandejs_Mikroprocesory_Intel_8086_80486_2010.pdf b1.pdf
PDFCROP 1.40, 2020/06/06 - Copyright (c) 2002-2020 by Heiko Oberdiek, Oberdiek Package Support Group.
Can't exec "pdftex": No such file or directory at /usr/bin/pdfcrop line 1212.
!!! Error: pdfTeX run failed to execute (No such file or directory)!

After installing texlive-pdftex the pdfcrop tool runs OK. Please add the missing Requires: to the pdfcrop subpackage.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. take a fresh system without previous texlive installation which might contain pdftex already
2. install /usr/bin/pdfcrop
3. run pdfcrop --margins 36 inpup.pdf output.pdf

Actual results:
no cropped pdf because pdftext is missing

Expected results:
cropped pdf written

Thanks for the bug report, this is fixed in texlive-base-20220321-69 (F38+).
