*Describe the issue:

In ODF 4.12 document[1] there is this line:
"Use of Vault namespaces are not supported with the Kubernetes authentication method in OpenShift Data Foundation 4.11. "

Have we started supporting Vault namespaces with the Kubernetes authentication method in 4.12? 

If yes, then probably we can remove this line from 4.12 document
If not, we should modify the line to :
"Use of Vault namespaces are not supported with the Kubernetes authentication method in OpenShift Data Foundation 4.12. "
