Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to create a new VM based on local ISO file.
2. Try to create a new VM via Downloading an ISO


Actual results:
No VM can be created.

Expected results:
VMs should be createdy normally.

Proposed as a Blocker for 38-final by Fedora user lruzicka using the blocker tracking app because:

 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_38_Final_Release_Criteria#Default_application_functionality

This violates the Default Application functionality criterion.

The VMs can be now created in Boxes.

The fix for this was included in the GNOME 44.rc release BEFORE fedora-qe reported the issue.

Nothing in this bug report said when/where the bug was fixed, so I couldn't assume anything when updating the blocker status.
