I have a biber-2.19 update ready. biber-2.19 requires a new biblatex-3.19. Could you please update biblatex in texlive? Preferably do a build in side tag so that both packages are built together? If you don't have time, I can try to do it myself.

Not yet. I guess the side tag should start with building biber because biber is required by texlive. I wanted you to get ready for building texlive so that I don't a new biber exposed in dist-git for a long time. Once you are ready, tell me and I will create the side tag, build biber there and tell you the side tag name here.

I'm ready whenever you are. I've just committed the texlive changes to git (no build though, since biber needs to go first). If you want to do both builds, feel free, otherwise, just let me know where to build texlive.

Great. I created f39-build-side-64650 side tag. I'm building biber now. I've fixed bcfversion dependency in textlive.spec. Then I will build texlive and do the update in Bodhi.

I bogged the update in Bodhi tool by directly tagging the builds into f39-updates-candidate instead of using "bodhi --from-tag" <https://pagure.io/releng/issue/11330>. I will just push them while ignoring gating as there seems to be no other way to proceed without rebuilding texlive again. I'm sorry.
