Describe the issue:
 - Modify the section "Configuring the iSCSI initiator for Red Hat Virtualization" 

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
 - As per https://access.redhat.com/solutions/3234761, The VDSM daemon auto-generates a new multipath.conf file. So any configuration which mentioned in /etc/multipath.conf will be overwritten. So need to move this configuration inside "/etc/multipath/conf.d/" directory. Also, correct the installation procedure as well.

Suggestions for improvement:
 - Modify the changes according to the RHCS 5 block device guide.
