The patch is already in fedora rawhide and f37 and earlier as we rebased nss in them to 3.88.1. it looks like f38 was missed, so I'll update it now.

So Package nss-3.88.1-2.fc38 has already been built
looks like we got the builds from rawhide, but the sources where branched in f38 branch. so we can close the fedora bugs, the cve is already fixed there.
