Partners are requesting that the ACPI subsystem or subsystems dependent on ACPI be updated to match Linux v6.3. Backport the changes from Linux v6.1, v6.2, and v6.3 to RHEL-8.

The patched kernel (as per comment #9) passes tests successfully, setting Verified:Tested.
