Partners are requesting that the ACPI subsystem or subsystems dependent on ACPI be updated to match Linux v6.3. Backport the changes from Linux v6.1, v6.2, and v6.3 to RHEL-9.

Kernels referenced in comment #12 (5.14.0-315.2169_871936893.el9.x86_64) look well in all relevant tests. Setting Verified:Tested.

The fixed kernel (kernel-5.14.0-322.el9) seems to work well and passes all relevant tests, setting VERIFIED.
