Description John Dennis 2006-11-29 15:13:34 UTC
reported by Eric Tanguy <eric.tanguy>

The day is given in french format on my system but not the time which is
given in anglosaxon format but without am or pm. It's annoying. It will
be better if the time is given as the specified format (ie 24h format).

Comment 1 John Dennis 2006-11-29 22:26:36 UTC
fixed, date formatting now uses the strftime %c format which formats date and
time per locale preferences

fix should appear in 1.8.2
