Description of problem:
Specyfing a VM with cpu.cores and memory.guest (nothing in resource.) leads to the attached notification

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create and run the attached VM yaml in cluster with 4.12
2. Go to VM details page
3.

Actual results:
Notification is displayed

Expected results:
No notification is displayed

The notification about "Network interface" is still displayed, would you like to fix it in this bug or a new bug?

verified on CNV-v4.13.0.rhel9-2078 with kubevirt-console-plugin-rhel9-container-v4.13.0-2516
