Description Guohua Ouyang 2023-03-14 05:41:55 UTC
Description of problem:
The current implementation on bootable volumes list page has no badge "CloneInProgress" while the PVC is under cloning, while user looking at the list page, it seems nothing is happening if the clone progress takes some time, which is a bad user experience.

It needs to show the added volume in the list immediately once it's been added and then shows the "CloneInProgress" badge when the clone is started.
