Description of problem:
In catalog -> InstanceTypes page, add a volume from PVC, if the clone progress takes some time, it seems nothing is happening after user added the volume, even the volume is ready afterwards, it might hide in next few pages by sort if there are enough volumes.

The suggestion is the added volume should be shown in the current page immediately with "CloneInProgress" badge next to its name and it's been selected automatically.

The badge "CloneInProgress" should be addressed by

A regression was discovered in the main branch when adding a new volume from an existing PVC
moving back to ASSIGNED

Add volume via pvc seems always shows in current page.
Add volume via upload, once the upload is finished, the volume is selected but not in current page, it needs to be fixed.
