Description of problem:

We need the fix for https://github.com/containers/podman/issues/17374 in RHEL 9.2 for RHCOS as part of OCP 4.13. This is blocking us from re-enabling important tests.

Just confirming Jindrich's findings.  Pull 17398 was merged on Feb 7, and the Podman v4.4.1 release was cut the next day on February 8, 2023.  The fix is contained in there.  I'm going to close this, @travier please let us know if there's anything else needed here.
