Description of problem:

Customer is using Connected & Disconnected Satellite servers.

Customer wants to include only the most recent versions of each package in a content view So that the Data size of the Export/Import to the Disconnected Satellite server will be reduced.

Need to add this RPM based filter the Content View Filters.

Actual results:

Currently there is no such RPM based filter available to only include the latest versions of the packages in Content View.

Expected results:

There should be RPM based Filter present to include only include the latest versions of the packages in Content View.
