Description of problem:
Create VM from instancrTypes, try to use existing secret, there are two issues:
1. click the button "select secret", the page is relocated to the top.
2. there is a link on the secret, click it leads to the secret details.

1. click the button "select secret" just open the secret list in place
2. remove the link from the secret

1. click the button "select secret" did not open the dialog in place
2. if it's "All projects", the list are projects not secrets.
