Description of problem:

I am not sure if it is xscreensaver's fault or any other component, but there is
a problem. I have the "Pictures folder" screensaver set up to 1 minute of
inactivity and it works nicely; I also have the display suspend after 30 minutes
of inactivity and it also works fine. The problem is, after the first suspension
and when you go back to computer and then go away again, the screen saver should
appear as pictures but it shows a blank screen instead. The only way for it to
work again is rebooting computer or killing Xorg.

How reproducible:

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set your screen saver to "Pictures folder" and 1 minute. Also, set your
"display suspend" to anything longer than 1 minute.
2. Wait for screensaver to activate, wait for "display suspend" time to reach
and the display goes off.
3. Go back to work, then wait for screen saver to appear again. 
  
Actual results:

No more pictures, just blank (black actually) screen.

Expected results:

Screensaver pictures to show again!

What version of gnome-power-manager do you have installed?

This sounds somewhat like a g-p-m bug that was fixed in 
gnome-power-manager-2.16.0-4.fc6

Probably not :(

if you use a different screensaver do you see the same behavior?

Your reply made me think and I remembered I hadn't reboot my computer in a long
time so I probably was missing the gnome-power-manager udpate (it was already
installed but not in memory).

I rebooted the PC and now everything works fine, I'll close this as "Not a bug".
