What version of gnome-power-manager do you have installed? This sounds somewhat like a g-p-m bug that was fixed in gnome-power-manager-2.16.0-4.fc6 Probably not :( [imoq@home ~]$ rpm -q gnome-power-manager gnome-power-manager-2.16.0-4.fc6 [imoq@home ~]$ rpm -q gnome-screensaver gnome-screensaver-2.16.1-2.fc6 if you use a different screensaver do you see the same behavior? Your reply made me think and I remembered I hadn't reboot my computer in a long time so I probably was missing the gnome-power-manager udpate (it was already installed but not in memory). I rebooted the PC and now everything works fine, I'll close this as "Not a bug". Thanks for the clue! |
