I am reducing the severity to "low", it is happening because u don't have any AppSet on the cluster... u can't "Manage" unless u have AppSets... still UI can have better error messages to make it more intuitive... we should be adding loading states for the modals as well along with error states... for 4.14 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
