filtering

Description of problem: In VM Diagnostic tab there are 2 status filters. Once the value is selected they can not be cleared anymore. The "Clear all filters" button does not work. Unchecking filter checkboxes works only until one checkbox is checked, and the last one can't be cleared.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open VM Diagnostic tab
2. Open Filter menu, select any filter
3. Click "Clear all filters" button, or try to remove filter in any way

Actual results: Filters are not cleared

Expected results: Filters are cleared

Additional info: The filters are synced, so they always have the same values. They also have same IDs and classes, which makes writing automated tests difficult. It would be great, if control elements in different sections in the tab could be distinguished by different "data-test-id" attributes, especially if there are multiple sets of similar controls, like similar filters in multiple tab sections
