Description of problem:
While viewing the "Insights" tab in Hosts view there is no option to "Sync recommendations". 
This means that if you want to sync it through Hosts view you can't and you have to go to Configure > Insights.

The same option is present in  
Configure > Insights > kebab menu next to "Remediate" button > Sync recommendations. 

I would suggest adding the same "Sync recommendations" option to the Insights tab in Hosts view into the kebab menu next to the "Remediate" button.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to All hosts> "your host" > Insights tab
2. Try to sync recommendations on this page

Actual results:
The sync recommendations option is not available in the Hosts > Insights tab

Expected results:
There should be an option to sync recommendations in the Hosts > Insights tab. Same option that is already present in Configure > Insights.
