Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

When user opens ODF Topology in expanded mode the "Expand to full screen" link still exist above Topology view. Link is not functional and replaced with "Exit full screen" from the first click.

yes, click once more on "Expand to full screen" will change the link text to "Exit fullscreen", then click on "Exit fullscreen" again

not a regression. Feature is on Happy Path validation

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy cluster ODF 4.13
2. Login and navigate to Storage / Data Foundation / Topology
3. Click on "Reset view" icon on Topology - mandatory to reproduce the bug
4. Click on "Expand to full screen" link or icon
5. When Full screen available observe "Expand to full screen" above the topology, click it again to see how it changes with "Exit fullscreen" link


Actual results:
"Expand to full screen" visible when user is already in a full screen. Link is not functional, but replaces with "Exit fullscreen" after first click

Expected results:
When user is in a "Full screen" mode "Exit fullscreen" presented automatically

Additional info:
no impact on functionality of the feature. Only UX issue. Severity - low.
