Customer was expanding PVC's until date, and suddenly receiving errors when trying to expand:
Ignoring the PVC: didn't find a plugin capable of expanding the volume; waiting for an external controller to process this PVC. 

resize volume "pvc-c4a2e828-c870-44a8-874e-39e9af6681d8" by resizer "openshift-storage.rbd.csi.ceph.com" failed: rpc error: code = InvalidArgument desc = provided secret is empty."
