Description of problem:

Having no battery on my notebook, I've got the following message when Gnome starts :

"GConf schema installer error.
battery_low_percentage cannot be zero"

How reproducible:

Very easily

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a notebook
2. Put away the battery
3. Start the notebook
4. When Gnome starts, you get the message

Hi,

We no longer support Fedora Core 6 and I am currently trying to get my open bug
count down to a more manageable state.  I'm going to close this bug as WONTFIX.
 If this issue is still a concern for you, would you mind trying to reproduce on
a supported version of Fedora and reopening?
